Angel Investment Networks

An angel investor provides much-needed capital for high-potential business start-ups. With a significant contribution from an angel investor, a new company can bring its ideas to fruition on a large scale and attract follow-up investment. The new company’s financial success will also enhance its local economy.

In 1996, there were 10 angel investment organizations around the country. Today, there are more than 330 angel organizations nationwide. This community-oriented investment model has proven to be successful for investors, start-up firms and regional economies.   The Angel Capital Association is the nation’s authority on all aspects of angel investment and has been a key partner with BlueWater Angels in launching the investment group.
